Saurabh Dhingra
Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of Digicomm, Saurabh brings over 20+ years of experience and has been responsible for defining Digicomm’s principles and values, which shape the organisation’s approach towards clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, while also establishing an innovation- and value-driven organisational culture.
Prior to founding Digicomm in 2012, Saurabh spent the early part of his career with the Automotive and Microcontroller Solution Group at Freescale, Noida. In his formative years, he also worked with the VLSI and Systems Business Unit of Wipro in engineering roles focused on electronic hardware design and ASIC design.

Suresh Krishnamurthy
VP Engineering
AMS Group Head at Digicomm Semiconductors, he brings over 20+ years of experience with strong expertise in design and project management. He has demonstrated these capabilities while working with MNCs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multi-site projects in a global organization. He also has extensive experience in delivering designs with first-pass success.
He possesses strong implementation knowledge from specification to GDS, including schematic design, simulation, layout, post-layout simulation, and tapeout/mask generation for the foundry. In addition, he has broad experience in analog and digital layouts involving complex interfaces, with strong expertise in layout design.

Sandeep Kolte
VP Engineering
Experienced Technical Head with over 20+ years of experience and a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductor industry. He is skilled in Physical Design, Front-end Design, Logic Synthesis, System on a Chip (SoC), and Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), with strong expertise in project management, team building, and team management.
He is a seasoned information technology professional with a Master of Science (MS) in Microelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BE in Electronics from Pune University.

Pooja brings over 20+ years of experience in front-end design and verification, with strong expertise in team management and technical leadership. She has contributed to multiple complex SoCs and diverse IP-level verification projects, along with exposure to backend flow and system development.

Protocols: WLAN, USB, DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR2. Projects: WLAN, Camera, Settop Box, ADSL2, PSoC, automotive, Memory cards, Graphic processor. Clients: TI, Conexant, Infineon, Cypress, Intel, ST Ericsson, Maxim integrated circuits, GEO semiconductors, Sandisk Coverage driven and assertion based verification GLS/Netlist verification. Atul brings over 20+ years of experience in VLSI design verification, with deep expertise in IP and SoC verification, RTL and gate-level simulation, power management, and power-aware simulation.

Director - Embedded Software
Vijay Mukilan heads the Software Embedded Systems team at Digicomm Semiconductor and brings over 20+ years of experience in embedded systems, automotive software, and DSP technologies. He specializes in AUTOSAR, ADAS, ARM-based systems, embedded Linux, and real-time software development, with strong expertise in ISO 26262 functional safety standards. Vijay has led global engineering teams and delivered complex automotive and multimedia solutions while managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). He has collaborated with international teams across Europe, Japan, South Korea, and the United States.

Director - Digital Design Front End
25+ years of experience in ASIC RTL Design, Front-End Development, FPGA Prototyping, Emulation, and System Architecture across multiple technology domains including Automotive, Storage, and Networking. Extensive experience in design and implementation of complex semiconductor solutions. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver robust silicon and FPGA-based platforms for advanced applications.

Advisory Board Member
Technology, operations and site leader with 25+ years of experience establishing and scaling multidisciplinary engineering centers and leading high-impact, geographically-distributed teams. Proven ability to establish and grow operations, drive innovation, nurture government and industry collaborations, and deliver technology products with a focus on execution. Built Global Competency Centers for US companies overseeing all functions — engineering, operations, procurement, compliances, HR, and finance — while engaging deeply with governments, academia, and industry bodies. Deep expertise in semiconductors and EDA, and broad knowledge in systems, software, energy systems and solid-state materials processing.
